Language and translation status
English is the source/master locale for the site interface. This describes the working source, not a formal linguistic certification.
Only selected site chrome and static interface keys are translated. Provider names, hotline records, phone and contact details, evidence, and other canonical data stay in the source-record language and are not translated by the language selector.
Missing interface keys fall back to English. Licensing-sensitive keys deliberately remain English pending qualified translation and legal review. Existing non-English UI, including safety-facing chrome, has not been independently human-reviewed or qualified and may contain errors.
Translations can contain errors. For critical information, verify the number, service area, eligibility, and availability locally with the cited provider or responsible authority.
