An account is only needed to manage a proposed paid managed API plan: billing through Stripe's hosted pages, and managed API keys. Every current crisis-information surface stays free, keyless, and unmetered.

Plans
Choosing a plan sends only its plan id to this site and redirects you to checkout.stripe.com; card details never touch this origin. The subscription is linked to this account when Stripe confirms it by webhook.
Managed API keys
Your new key. Copy it now; it is shown only once and the server keeps only a verifier.
Security
Sessions expire after two hours. Five failed sign-ins lock the account for ten minutes. To delete an account, contact the maintainers through the repository; billing is cancelled through the Stripe customer portal first.
What an account stores
- Your email address, an optional display name, and a salted password hash. Staff can see these in the user administration panel.
- Pseudonymous Stripe identifiers and subscription statuses. No card numbers, amounts, or postal addresses are stored on this site.
- Verifiers for any managed API keys you create, never the keys themselves.
- No analytics, no crisis-intent data, and nothing about which hotlines you look at.
